This document sets out the functional responsibilities and specific role descriptions for the Management Committee of Tairua Rugby & Sports Club. It is intended as a guide for current and future committee members to ensure consistent governance, transparency, and smooth club operations.

To nominate a member to stand for Office, you need to submit the attached form signed by both a Proposer and Seconder, both of whom need to be current Officers or Financial members of the Club.
The form needs to be sent to the Club no later than fourteen days prior to the scheduled AGM where election of Officers is an agenda item.
